Can a Hitch Extender be used in conjunction with this to clear a spare tire on the back of a Class C?

This Tow Bar Receiver is for Flat Towing a Vehicle behind an RV. With Flat Towing a vehicle, there is no Tongue Weight being applied since it is pulling a vehicle virtually straight and even, zero tongue weight. This receiver is NOT to be used for towing a Trailer.
